Give a helping hand. IDF is associated with over 100 leprosy hospitals/ projects all over India. Facilities for leprosy/ TB patients in all these centres are given free of cost. IDF has also established Bal Gurukuls in different parts of the country.
Donations received by the Foundation are disbursed as IDF Grants to various leprosy hospitals/ projects in India. IDF has been sharing resources with others upholding this virtue. For the last 27 years, IDF has been giving financial grants to hospitals/ projects year after year without any interruption.
Services rendered by the Projects include general population surveys, school surveys, industrial surveys, detection of cases, treatment, hospitalization, surgery and correction of deformities, physiotherapy, dental and eye care, child care, rehabilitation and health education.
All the services are rendered absolutely free of charge to any citizen without any discrimination whatsoever. IDF has been able to do this because of donations received from the public.
IDF is working towards self-reliance and in the process supports leprosy hospitals.
